The reality star was seen with her boyfriend Kanye West again in fully white dress as they both visited children’s hospital.
They came at the Hollywood Children’s Hospital to share some time with kids.
The gorgeous reality star was looking perfect in her white dress with blow-dries hair with a cute smile on her face. Kanye West was in denim, trainers and a trademark grumpy watch.
Kim stated on Twitter about her whole day that it was so good day for her.
On doing this good deed she was also on the top in Sun Poll of best bums.
Kim took many votes but Kate Upton was on final position.
Kanye West is hoping that Kim will lose her black hair because she looks awesome without it.
Kanye do not like long hairs of Kim but loves which were in past up to shoulders, he further said to Kim that she is beautiful with her natural looks and she don’t needs to have anything fake.
Kim is finally obeying Kanye’s advice and has changed her look that will be seen in the next series of reality show.
Sources told that her new look will be seen in “Keeping up with Kardashian” next episode.

Kim further explained that she is not against it but it have a proper time, her mother had neck surgery and may be when she will get old she will follow the same.
